This is the personal website of Juli Mallett. Personal websites are definitely an anachronism, but I still like having one.
There's a degree of freedom from the ubiquitous monotony of social media, and to be able to reflect something of the pre-commercial spirit of the Internet as I grew up with it. There are no ads here, there are no hashtags; this is not all a ploy to harvest information about you to fund an advertiser.
This is just my opportunity to express a strange little slice of who I am, of my life and myself, on my own terms. It is still a persona of sorts, like anywhere else, but I can at least strain at something more than that.
